Self-care has never been more important than in these challenging times.  And yet it is often the first thing to fall by the wayside as we rush around doing our jobs and caring for everyone else.  Unfortunately, filling everyone else's cup, while ours is empty is a recipe for burn-out.  I am inviting you to take one hour for yourself to learn about, or re-acquaint yourself with Reiki Self-Practice.  You are welcome to use your personal Self-Practice protocol.  However, I will give cues for a simple, but effective practice that anyone can follow.  People are often quite surprised how  simple hand placements and heartful self-compassion helps them feel better, function better, and make better choices.  When they make better choices, they feel better, function better.....
